For a 100% refund of the nightly rate, a guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking AND at least 14 full days before reservation check-in time (15:00).
For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, a guest must cancel 7 full days before reservation check-in time (15:00), otherwise a refund cannot be processed. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will not be charged.
If a guest cancels less than 7 days in advance of reservation check-in time (15:00) or decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
